The order of design for site UcoZ

1. Order rules

�1. Demand filling
1.1 Demand should be filled according to norms of Russian, Ukrainian, English, French, Spanish or Finnish language. I.e. it should contain whenever possible a minimum quantity of spelling and punctuation errors.
1.2 Point of the demand "Description" should characterise accurately subjects and the main features of design, otherwise expect the negative answer... Well who will want to do not clearly that not clearly where?!
1.3 Claims to masters are not accepted in case something is executed in that style, not with that image, not those sizes etc. as you wanted. Probably, you have explained the desire illegibly, or have forgotten to mention it in general.

�2. An estimation of the performed work
2.1 Participant has the right not to accept work if it is executed insufficiently qualitatively to its measures. In that case or it is possible to give to the master chance to correct an error, or at once to transfer the order to another.
2.2 At an estimation of the performed work it is forbidden to participant to use obscene lexicon and to be rude to the master performing work. After all some only study, at some not all turns out, and to incur the order it would be desirable. In case only one-two element of design are executed badly it is possible to leave the rest, and to charge to other master to make not turned out at taken the order.

�3. A capture and order performance
3.1 Order can take only the participant whom at a forum more than five days, have more than 40 messages and which work are placed in gallery and are approved by the chief manager.
3.2 The Executed design can use only the ordered. Sometimes happens so that the made design the master has wanted to take to itself, in that case it is blocked for a month.
3.3 If the master who has taken the order has not executed it in a current of two weeks it charge to carry out to another.
3.4 In case the master performs work as much as possible qualitatively it receives the award and passes in group of the Best Masters. It is given the chance to take some orders at once, also their works automatically are located in gallery.

System of punishments

For flood to the participant penalties on memory system are charged:
Flood1
Flood2 - Ban for 2 days after penalty reception
Flood3 - Ban for 4 days after penalty reception
Flood4 - Ban for 6 days and �� in the list breaking rules
Flood5 - Ban for 20 days and the statement in the list breaking rules

For an offtopic to the participant penalties on memory system are charged:
Offtop1
Offtop2 - Ban for 2 days after penalty reception
Offtop3 - Ban for 6 days and �� in the list breaking rules
Offtop4 - Ban for 10 days
Offtop5 - Ban for 20 days and the statement in the list breaking rules

For a spam to the participant penalties on blocking system are charged:
Spam1 - Carrying over to group in cut down by possibilities
Spam2 - Carrying over to group with remote possibilities (Only reading of the basic information)
Spam3 - Blocking

For plagiarism to the participant penalties on blocking system are charged:
Plagiarism1 - Carrying over to group with the cut down possibilities (Only reading of the basic information, viewing of images and placing of messages)
Plagiarism2 - Carrying over to group with remote possibilities (Only reading of the basic information)
Plagiarism3 - Blocking

For any infringement corrected to the participant penalties on �� are given to system:
Infringement of rules1 - For infringement of one rule - Ban for 2 days
Infringement of rules2 - For infringement of two rules - Ban for 4 days
Infringement of rules3 - For infringement of three and more rules - Ban for 10-15 days

Forum rules

�1. In general
1.1 Forum Studio of Design is accessible to everything, however its main possibilities open to the user only after registration.
1.2 Forum is postmoderate, i.e. the information on it is edited and deleted, but despite it members of administration do not bear any responsibility for the information placed by the user and a consequence of its use.

�2. Creation of themes and placing of messages
2.1 Name of a theme should characterise accurately its maintenance and the first message should correspond to it also.
2.2 Message should not contain flood and deviate from a subject. However it is authorised to create the messages consisting from one smile in post of estimation of performed work.
2.3 It is forbidden to be rude, offend participants. The excessive criticism of works of beginners also is not encouraged...
2.4 Messages and headings that should not contain insults and obscene lexicon, as well as nicks, signatures of users.

�3. The user, its profile and the rights
3.1 User has no right to place advertising of the resources at a forum even if they correspond to design subjects. Those who has noticed the SPAM, at once is obliged to inform administrations, differently it will cause the penalty.
3.2 User has the complaint rights to any member of administration in a case if someone has the same of avatars, the signature and, of course, if someone has appropriated its work.
3.3 User has no right to copy the information from a forum without the consent of the chief manager even with link to the source.
